We are a specialist education agency working in partnership with a warm, inclusive, and highly regarded primary school in Brent, currently seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.

The Role:- Support pupils across KS1 or KS2, both in class and in small groups
- Work closely with children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
The Ideal Candidate:- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary setting
- Strong SEN experience and a genuine passion for supporting additional needs
- Patient, proactive, and nurturing approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
