We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a network of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with Special Educational Needs and play a vital role in their academic, social, and emotional development.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs
  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
  • Help implement EHCPs and Individual Education Plans 
  • Support pupils with autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, and SEMH
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
  • Adapt learning materials to suit individual learning styles
