Are you a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school?
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing one-to-one support to a pupil with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and socially.

The Role:

  • Providing one-to-one support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs.
  • Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.
  • Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals.
  • Implementing personalised learning strategies and interventions.
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school, care, or similar setting.
  • Is confident delivering one-to-one support.
  • Demonstrates patience, resilience, and strong communication skills.
  • Has a proactive and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
  • Is passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
