About the RoleWe are working in partnership with a truly exceptional primary school in East London to recruit a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving EYFS setting where children are at the heart of everything, and staff are genuinely valued and supported.
You will be working within a well-resourced and nurturing Early Years environment, supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning that inspires curiosity, independence, and a love of school from the very start.

Your Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
- Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support where needed
- Help create a stimulating and safe learning environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
What We’re Looking For- Experience working with children in an Early Years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
- A proactive, positive, and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
