The Role:- Supporting pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Ideal Candidate:- Previous experience working with children, ideally within SEN
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
