£515 to £550 per week (dependant on experience)
We are seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in Hillingdon. Our school is proud to provide a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Main Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including children with autism and additional learning needs.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development within the classroom and during structured activities.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored intervention strategies.
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to ensure consistent support and progress.
- Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
About You- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children with SEN in a school setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Good understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, and behaviour management strategies.
- Ability to adapt learning activities and provide differentiated support where required.
- Relevant qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning or SEN support are desirable but not essential.
