A fantastic long-term opportunity has become available for a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a highly respected specialist school in West London supporting pupils with Autism and complex learning needs.

The school supports primary-aged pupils with Autism and additional communication, sensory, behavioural, and complex learning needs. Staff work collaboratively to ensure every child receives personalised educational and therapeutic support, helping pupils build confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours. 


Recent Ofsted feedback recognised the school as a “Good” provision and highlighted the strong support provided to pupils with complex needs, alongside the positive learning environment and individualised attention pupils receive. 


The school is looking for Teaching Assistants who:

  • Are passionate about supporting children with SEND
  • Have a calm, patient, and proactive approach
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Are enthusiastic about supporting communication, emotional regulation, and learning development
  • Have experience or interest in Autism, SEN, SEMH, or complex needs settings
