The school is looking for Teaching Assistants who:- Are passionate about supporting children with SEND
- Have a calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Are enthusiastic about supporting communication, emotional regulation, and learning development
- Have experience or interest in Autism, SEN, SEMH, or complex needs settings
