We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-resourced school in Esher seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. You will play a key role in helping students access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents
The Ideal Candidate- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for education and supporting individual needs
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
