The Role:- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, personalised learning
- Helping pupils develop communication, social and independence skills
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
The Ideal Candidate:- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable
- Calm, patient and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for inclusive education
- Graduates, aspiring teachers, psychology graduates and experienced support staff are all encouraged to apply
