As a Teaching Assistant, you will:- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Work closely with students who need additional help, including SEN support
- Help create a positive, focused classroom environment
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils
- Contribute to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For:- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- A proactive, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children (school-based or otherwise)
- A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
