We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ealing from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a rewarding school environment.

Pay:
£520 – £560 per week

Main Duties

  • Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
  • Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
  • Assisting children with their learning, development, and engagement
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive environment
  • Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
  • Preparing classroom resources and assisting with lesson activities
 
About You
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
  • Passionate about education and supporting young learners
  • Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Previous experience in a school setting is desirable
