We are working with a warm and well-regarded primary school in Richmond upon Thames that is looking to welcome a Teaching Assistant to their team. This is a school that places real value on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where both pupils and staff feel part of a strong community.
Set in a leafy, riverside area, the school benefits from excellent surroundings with plenty of green space, creating a calm and positive atmosphere for learning. It is easily accessible, with strong transport links including nearby train stations with direct routes into Central London, as well as local bus services, making the commute straightforward from surrounding areas.

The Role

You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning across the classroom, whether that’s guiding small groups, offering one-to-one support, or helping pupils stay engaged and confident in their work. You’ll play an important part in maintaining a focused, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable to learn and ask questions.
