Teaching Assistant – Primary School Location: Richmond

Key Responsibilities- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials
- Provide additional support for pupils with varying needs, including SEN where required
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
About You- Previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting) is desirable
- A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of different learners
- Relevant qualifications or training are a plus, but not essential
