SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary SchoolHammersmith & Fulham, West LondonFull-time | Long-term | April 2026We’re working with a well-regarded primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham that is looking to appoint a committed and capable SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time, long-term role supporting pupils with additional needs across KS1 or KS2.
The school has a calm, purposeful environment and a leadership team that values consistency, clear routines, and staff who take pride in doing the basics well. They are looking for someone reliable, patient, and switched-on—someone who understands that small wins matter and that good support can make a lasting difference to a child’s day.
The role:- Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping to maintain structure, engagement, and positive behaviour
- Collaborating closely with the class teacher and SENCo
