Role: Teaching AssistantStart Date: September 2026Location: EalingSalary: £500 - £550 per weekWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive primary school community. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
About the Role and School Our school is a vibrant and inclusive primary setting where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions. You will contribute to creating a positive, engaging atmosphere where pupils feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
Duties- Support pupils’ learning in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials
- Support pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum
- Promote positive behaviour in line with school policies
- Contribute to pupils’ social and emotional development
About You- You are patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with children
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills
- You are proactive and able to use your initiative
- You have a genuine interest in education and child development
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
