Your responsibilities will include:- Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
- Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
