Key responsibilities
- Support students in lessons, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Help students stay focused, motivated, and on task.
- Provide additional support to students with varying learning needs.
- Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe learning environment.
- Support the wider school community where required.
