We are seeking exceptional Specialist Teaching Assistants to join a nurturing, therapeutic educational setting in Kingston (KT6). The Role

You will work closely with students who benefit from a holistic, therapeutic approach to education. Every day is different—you might be helping a student regulate emotions, supporting learning through creative expression, or building trusting relationships that enable young people to re-engage with education.
This role is particularly well-suited to candidates with backgrounds in:
  • Psychology (graduates or experienced practitioners)
  • Drama or performing arts (with an interest in therapeutic or expressive approaches)
  • SEN support or pastoral care
