Teaching Assistant (TA)

Pay: £500 - £550 per week

Key Responsibilities- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and activities
- Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Support children’s emotional, social, and academic development
- Help with classroom organisation and daily routines
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress where required
About You- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with young children
- Experience working in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
