The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with severe and complex learning needs
- Assist with communication strategies (including PECS, Makaton or AAC where appropriate)

- Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
- Contribute to a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
