Primary Teaching Assistant – SEN Experience Required 
Horizon Teachers is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate TA with strong Special Educational Needs experience who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment.

The Role:
  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
  • Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored interventions
  • Supporting pupils with EHCPs
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary setting
  • Strong SEN experience 
  • A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
  • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
