The role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be:- Supporting pupils in class (whole class, small group, and 1:1 as needed)
- Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team
- Helping children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning
- Being part of a team that genuinely collaborates and looks out for each other
