We are a trusted education recruitment agency working in partnership with a welcoming and well-led primary school in the London Borough of Brent, and we are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join the school on a long-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in one supportive school, within a strong SEN team, where your skills and experience will be genuinely valued.

The Role:
You will be supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, providing consistent and tailored support to help them thrive both academically and emotionally. Needs may include:
  • Autism (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Speech & Language Needs
  • SEMH
  • Mild to Moderate Learning Difficulties
The role may involve 1:1 support or small-group work, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual education plans and behaviour strategies.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour support
  • A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
  • Confidence building positive relationships with pupils
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for inclusive education
