We are a well-established education recruitment agency working in partnership with an excellent primary school in Tower Hamlets, and we are currently recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a long term role.
This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated SEN professional who is passionate about supporting children in the early years and primary phase and who is confident working with pupils with additional needs.

The Role:
You will be working within a supportive primary school environment, providing tailored support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including:
  • Autism
  • ADHD
  • Speech & Language Needs
  • SEMH
  • Mild to Moderate Learning Difficulties
Support may be 1:1 or in small groups, helping pupils to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and regulate behaviour. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver structured and consistent support.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school
  • A strong understanding of SEN in early years and primary settings
  • A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
  • Confidence supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for inclusive education
