A supportive and inclusive secondary school in Harrow, North-West London is seeking to recruit a committed Teaching Assistant to join their established student support and inclusion team.
This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), playing a key part in creating a learning environment where students feel supported, confident, and able to achieve their potential.
The position offers a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.
About the Role:
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to students across a range of subjects and year groups
• Work alongside teaching staff to help adapt lessons and resources to meet diverse learning needs
• Liaise closely with the SENCO and inclusion team to deliver personalised support strategies and monitor progress
• Support students in developing independence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
