This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every young person is supported to achieve their potential.
The role offers a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.
About the Role:
• Provide focused 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across a range of subjects and year groups
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure lessons are engaging, inclusive, and accessible
• Support the SENCO and wider inclusion team in delivering individual support plans and monitoring student progress
• Promote confidence, independence, and positive behaviour within the classroom and wider school setting
