We are actively recruiting an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of Brent’s most supportive, well-led, and inclusive school. Due to growing demand, we are looking for a committed, passionate TA who want to make a real difference — and be genuinely valued for their work.

As an SEN TA, you will:- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
- Support students both academically and emotionally, helping them thrive in school
- Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies
- Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
We are keen to hear from candidates who are:- Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants or graduates with SEN/education experience
- Calm, patient, resilient, and emotionally intelligent
- Confident supporting challenging behaviour when needed
- Passionate about inclusion and child development
- Reliable, professional, and committed
