We are actively recruiting an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of Brent’s most supportive, well-led, and inclusive school. Due to growing demand, we are looking for a committed, passionate TA who want to make a real difference — and be genuinely valued for their work.

As an SEN TA, you will:
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN 
  • Support students both academically and emotionally, helping them thrive in school
  • Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
  • Implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies
  • Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

We are keen to hear from candidates who are:
  • Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants or graduates with SEN/education experience
  • Calm, patient, resilient, and emotionally intelligent
  • Confident supporting challenging behaviour when needed
  • Passionate about inclusion and child development
  • Reliable, professional, and committed
