We are seeking a proactive, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School located in Haringey. This school pride themselves on providing a nurturing environment and commitment to ensuring that every pupil receives the support they need to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities
  • Provided academic support across the classroom, helping to create a stimulating and safe learning environment
  • Work closely with the class teacher to deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and assist with learning activities
  • Support pupils with SEND, adapting tasks and materials to meet heir individual needs
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support children with EHCPs or additional learning needs
  • Assistant with the development of personalised learning strategies and contribute to IEPs and reviews
  • Help monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and SENCO
  • Encourage the social and emotional development of pupils and promote inclusion within the classroom
  • Uphold safeguarding procedures and contribute to the overall wellbeing of pupils
