About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a high-performing and inclusive primary school in the heart of Camden that is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-led, creative learning environment where every child is known and valued.
Youâ??ll be providing general classroom support, helping to deliver engaging lessons, and working with children who may require extra academic or emotional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with SEN or EAL needs.
  • Helping prepare classroom resources and activities.
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to staff.
  • Supporting during play/lunch times and transitions between lessons.
Who Weâ??re Looking For
  • Previous experience working in a primary school or with children.
  • Proactive, patient and able to adapt to the needs of different learners.
  • Good communication skills and a passion for helping children thrive.
