The Role:- Supporting pupils in the classroom across a range of learning activities.
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with additional needs.
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
