Job Title: Teaching Assistant

The Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education. You will play a vital role in assisting studentsâ?? learning, providing individual or small group support, and helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the teacher in daily classroom activities
- Assisting individual students or small groups with learning tasks
- Helping to manage classroom behavior and promote positive learning environments
- Preparing learning materials and resources
- Supporting children with additional needs or special educational requirements
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
