Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the primary age range. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in childrenâ??s lives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and small-group support for pupils with complex needs.
• Assisting with communication, sensory, and physical needs.
• Supporting children in developing confidence, independence, and life skills.
• Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning plans.
• Contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment.

• Experience working with children with additional or complex needs (desirable).
