Are you an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in the classroom?
We are seeking a confident, proactive, and caring individual to join our school community as a Level 3 TA, supporting students across KS1-KS4. Youâ??ll work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning and provide tailored support to students who need it most.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, particularly for students with SEND or additional learning needs
- Assist in planning and delivering interventions and differentiated activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to staff and parents as appropriate
- Support with behaviour management and emotional wellbeing where needed
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including trips, events, and extracurricular activities
Requirements:- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a classroom setting, ideally supporting students with a range of needs
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting children
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
