Are you a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teaching Assistant looking for flexible daily supply work in Enfield?
We are currently looking for passionate TAs to support primary schools across Enfield, working with pupils from Early Years through to Key Stage 2.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher with engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Help children develop their confidence, learning and social skills.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Assist with classroom preparation and organisation.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, teachers and school staff.

We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• A patient, caring and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and flexibility to work across different primary schools.
• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
