We understand that schools require staff that are skilled, can communicate effectively and are dedicated to the safety and welfare of children.  Our stringent recruitment processes ensure that all our UK and overseas staff are vetted to the highest level in order to successfully meet these criteria.

Compliance Checks

All compliance checks actioned, including supporting documents, are emailed to the school before the staff’s arrival. These are the compliance checks we carry out:

- Eligibility to work in the UK

- Enhanced DBS Check

- Overseas Police Checks (where applicable)

- Barred List checked (as part of DBS Update Service Check)

- Professional references obtained

- Childcare Disqualification Regulation checks

- Medical declaration

- Teacher Reference Number (TRN) Checks

- Prohibition Order Checks

- EEA Teaching Restriction Check

- Section 128 check (where applicable)

Our Vetting and Compliance Team regularly delivers Safer Recruitment training in order to ensure that the highest standard of compliance is met in accordance with government safer recruiting guidelines.  We have experience working with London boroughs to meet additional safeguarding criteria as required.
