Horizon Teachers is recruiting an experienced and dedicated SEND Teacher to join the specialist resource provision of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in South West London from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher with experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to work within a well-established resource provision that is fully integrated into the wider school community.

You'll be joining an experienced team committed to delivering personalised learning programmes that help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.

The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional SEND needs.
- Be confident planning and delivering personalised learning programmes.
- Create a positive, structured and engaging classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, parents and external agencies.
- Have high expectations for every pupil and a commitment to inclusive education.
