long-term basis.
This role is ideal for a skilled educator who thrives in a supportive specialist environment and has strong experience working with pupils who require tailored learning approaches and structured support.
The Role- Long-term, full-time SEN Teacher position
- Teaching a Key Stage 2 class within a specialist setting
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Using strong behaviour management strategies to create a calm and productive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals to support pupil development
- Tracking progress and adapting teaching approaches to ensure every pupil can succeed
The Ideal Candidate- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2
- Experience working with Special Educational Needs in a mainstream or specialist setting
- Excellent behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
- Patient, resilient and passionate about inclusive education
- Committed to supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally
