Teacher – PSHE (NCFE)
QTS desirable but not essential
We are seeking a committed and resilient
Teacher of PSHE (NCFE) to join our dedicated team in a specialist setting supporting young people with
SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, and those who have struggled in mainstream education.

The Role You will:
- Deliver engaging NCFE PSHE / Personal & Social Development qualifications
- Plan and adapt learning to meet a wide range of social, emotional and academic needs
- Support learners to develop resilience, emotional literacy, and positive life skills
- Contribute to a culture of high expectations and consistent boundaries
- Work collaboratively with pastoral teams, behaviour leads and external agencies
The Ideal Candidate
- QTS is desirable but not essential (unqualified teachers with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
- Experience delivering NCFE PSHE or Personal & Social Development qualifications
- Proven experience working with learners with SEMH needs and/or challenging behaviour
- Experience in PRUs, alternative provision, specialist settings or with learners outside of mainstream education
- A calm, consistent and reflective approach to behaviour support
