This is a fantastic long-term opportunity within a well-resourced and highly supportive environment that places both learner and staff wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

You will:

  • Deliver engaging NCFE PSHE / Personal & Social Development qualifications
  • Plan and adapt learning to meet a wide range of social, emotional and academic needs
  • Support learners to develop resilience, emotional literacy, and positive life skills
  • Contribute to a culture of high expectations and consistent boundaries

  • Experience delivering NCFE PSHE or Personal & Social Development qualifications
  • Proven experience working with learners with SEMH needs and/or challenging behaviour

We believe behaviour is communication, and we equip our staff with the training and resources needed to respond effectively and compassionately.
