  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)

  • Is confident leading and deploying support staff effectively
  • Uses assessment strategically to drive measurable progress
  • Is resilient, reflective and solution-focused
  • Maintains exceptionally high expectations for pupils with additional needs
  • Is fully committed to safeguarding and inclusive education


High-quality mainstream teachers with significant SEND experience and a desire to specialise are also encouraged to apply.
