- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)

- Is confident leading and deploying support staff effectively
- Uses assessment strategically to drive measurable progress
- Is resilient, reflective and solution-focused
- Maintains exceptionally high expectations for pupils with additional needs
- Is fully committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
High-quality mainstream teachers with significant SEND experience and a desire to specialise are also encouraged to apply.
