Are you an experienced SEND Tutor looking for a permanent role with great pay and a highly supportive environment? This could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are working with a UK charity supporting young people aged 16–25 with SEN in a post-16 setting. Learners are typically Entry 3–Level 2 with additional needs, requiring support to build confidence, independence, and readiness for adulthood.
The provision focuses on employability and life skills, helping students gain qualifications and progress towards supported internships through personalised, practical learning.
The role involves delivering tailored lessons, assessing progress using RARPA, and supporting learners to develop work-ready skills, including travel training, work experience, and interview preparation.

If you have a proven track record of making a positive impact in a similar setting, apply now!

Main areas of focus and support will be:
• Delivering employability and life skills programmes for young people with SEN
• Adapting teaching for learners working at Entry 3–Level 2 with additional needs
• Assessing progress using RARPA and preparing learners for supported internships
• Supporting independence through travel training, work experience, and interview preparation
