We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a welcoming and inclusive girls’ secondary school in Tower Hamlets starting in September. This role is ideal for candidates with SEN experience who are looking to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school environment.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support, helping them access learning, build confidence, and engage positively with school life.
Key responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support across Key Stages 3–5
• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and other additional learning needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
• Working collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
