As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of needs
- Help pupils regulate emotions, build confidence, and engage in learning
- Support class teachers in adapting activities to meet individual needs
- Implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies consistently
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and understood
- Contribute to a calm, structured and positive learning environment
We are seeking someone who is:- Experienced in SEN support
- Calm, resilient, and emotionally intelligent
- Patient, empathetic, and consistent in approach
- Confident supporting children who may present with challenging behaviour
- A strong communicator and a genuine team player
- Passionate about making a long-term difference in children’s lives
