We have a well-established SEN provision and work closely with families and external professionals to support pupils with a range of additional needs.

Main Duties

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Help to implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and individual support strategies
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to staff
  • Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
About You
  • Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary school setting
  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential)
