They are now seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their friendly, collaborative team and help pupils with additional needs reach their full potential.

The Role:
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning interventions.
  • Support pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them build confidence and independence.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates every childâ??s success.

What We're Looking For:
  • A caring and patient individual with a genuine passion for supporting children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN.
