This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established, highly supportive SEN provision. Youâ??ll be working in a small, nurturing class environment with pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs, delivering focused 1:1 and small group interventions. Alongside teachers and fellow TAs, youâ??ll play a key role in helping every child reach their full potential and flourish both academically and personally.

What the School is Looking For:- Proven experience supporting children in a school or SEN setting (essential)
- A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
- Understanding of a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, physical disabilities, communication difficulties, complex learning needs, and SEMH
- Empathy, resilience, and excellent communication skills
- A proactive, positive approach and a collaborative mindset
