Are you looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional learning needs?
We are currently recruiting a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in East London. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students both inside and outside the classroom and helping them build confidence, independence, and engagement with learning.

The role will involve:
• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other additional learning needs
• Delivering 1:1 and small group support sessions
• Assisting teachers in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Encouraging students to stay focused, engaged, and motivated during lessons
• Working closely with teaching staff and the SEN department to support student progress

The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience supporting children or young people
• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for SEND and inclusive education
