Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism and looking to make a meaningful impact in education?
We are urgently recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist Autism school in the Bromley area supporting children and young people aged 5–19. This role involves working closely with pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop positive relationships within a supportive and inclusive environment.
You’ll be working in a specialist setting focused on individual learning needs, supporting pupils both academically and socially while helping them reach positive outcomes through tailored support and encouragement.

Key responsibilities:
• Supporting pupils with Autism in and out of the classroom
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with learning, engagement, and behaviour support
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and social development
• Working closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals to support pupil progress
