We are looking for a caring and committed Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming all-through SEN school supporting pupils from primary through to secondary age.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people with a range of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and medical needs, helping them access learning and thrive in a supportive environment.

You will be working in a school where a warm, inclusive, and ambitious approach sits at the heart of everything. The curriculum is designed to inspire curiosity, celebrate individuality, and support every learner’s well-being.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting pupils with complex SEN needs across primary and secondary phases
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
  • Assisting with learning, communication, and life skills development
  • Supporting personal care and medical needs where required
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and wider SEN teams
  • Helping create a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment
What we’re looking for:
  • A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach
  • Experience with SEN (complex needs, Autism, or ADHD preferred but not essential)
  • A strong team player with good communication skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
