Do you enjoy supporting children one-to-one and helping them grow in confidence every day?
We’re looking for a warm and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school. This is a lovely opportunity to work closely with one pupil with Autism, providing consistent support in a nurturing and structured environment.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting a pupil with autism on a one-to-one basis
  • Helping with personalised learning activities
  • Encouraging communication, independence, and social skills
  • Providing calm and positive behaviour support
  • Working closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team
What we’re looking for:
  • A caring, patient, and reliable approach
  • Some experience with SEND or autism (preferred but not essential)
  • Someone who enjoys building strong, supportive relationships
