Do you enjoy supporting children one-to-one and helping them grow in confidence every day?We’re looking for a warm and dedicated
1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming
primary school. This is a lovely opportunity to work closely with one pupil with Autism, providing consistent support in a nurturing and structured environment.
What you’ll be doing:- Supporting a pupil with autism on a one-to-one basis
- Helping with personalised learning activities
- Encouraging communication, independence, and social skills
- Providing calm and positive behaviour support
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team
What we’re looking for:- A caring, patient, and reliable approach
- Some experience with SEND or autism (preferred but not essential)
- Someone who enjoys building strong, supportive relationships
