The Role: 
  • Supporting students with learning activities tailored to their individual needs.
  • Helping manage behaviour in a positive and consistent manner.
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Assisting with personal care if required.
  • Encouraging independence and self-confidence in students.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school or other setting)
  • A caring, patient and flexible approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
